What happens to the information you send us when you apply for a role or an internship at Digitics.

Last updated October 24, 2026

What we collect

When you apply, we receive what you type into the form and the file you upload:

  • your full name, email address and phone number;
  • any links you add, such as a portfolio or LinkedIn profile;
  • your CV;
  • the role you applied for, or that it is a general application;
  • that you accepted this policy, and when.

Why we use it

Only to review your application, contact you about it, and keep the hiring process fair and secure. We do not sell it and we do not use it for marketing.

Where it is kept

Your application goes straight to our internal HR system, where our HR team and the people hiring for the role can see it. This website does not keep a copy. The site runs on Cloudflare, which also checks submissions for spam (Cloudflare Turnstile) and briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for the period set by our HR team’s retention policy, then delete them. If you would like us to keep your CV for future roles, say so when we contact you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your application at any time. Write to [email protected] from the address you applied with.

Visiting the site

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find the site. It sets cookies (named _ga) to tell visits apart and sends usage data, such as the pages you view and the type of device, to Google. It does not give us your name or contact details, Google does not store your IP address, and its advertising features are turned off. Visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland are counted without cookies. You can block these cookies in your browser, or install Google’s opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
